No. First we look at the problem and the right solution for it. Sometimes a simple system or connecting existing tools is the better fit, and AI comes in only when it genuinely adds value.
Every project is built to fit, and so is the price. After a short intro call I send a clear quote with scope, phases and timeline, no surprises later on.
It depends on scope, complexity and integrations. A focused solution can be ready in weeks, a full system takes longer. Either way we work in phases, so you see results early rather than only at the end.
